| Description: |
Position would be responsible for:
* Estimating all fire, water, and remodel jobs
* Procurment of contracts, work authorizations and budgets
* Ensure that health & safety procedures are being followed
* Scheduling of crews & jobs
* Establishing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, homeowners, subcontractors & proprty managers
* Staff training & mentoring
* Ability to exercise descretion and sensitivity in handling confidential information
* Marketing
The following experience is required:
* 10+ years knowledge or equivalent work experience of residential & commercial building including: framing, finish, insulation, drywall, flooring, door & window installation, etc.
* Computer skills (Xactimate and/or Masterbuilder knowledge helpful)
* Communication & people skills
* Management / Leadership experience
Alaska driver's license and insured vehicle is required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening. Proof of driver's license and insurance must be presented at time of hire.
